Ivan Milutinović (* 27. September 1901 in Stijena; † 23. October 1944 in Višnjica) was a military officer and revolutionary. He was 43 years old. He studied at University of Belgrade. His awards include People's Hero of Yugoslavia, Order of the People's Hero and Order of Kutuzov, 1st class. His cause of death was drowning. He was buried at Tomb of national heroes on Kalemegdan.
