Biography of J. B. S. Haldane

J. B. S. Haldane (* 5. November 1892 in Oxford; † 1. December 1964 in Bhubaneswar) was an indischer Genetiker britischer Herkunft. He was 72 years old. He was married to Charlotte Haldane and Helen Spurway. His education included Eton College, Dragon School and University of Oxford. He worked at University College London. His faith was Catholicism. He received 9 awards, including Honorary doctor of the University of Groningen, Linnean Medal. His cause of death was cancer.
