Biography of James H. Elmsley

James H. Elmsley (* 13. October 1878 in Toronto; † 3. January 1954 in Toronto) was a kanadischer Generalmajor, Kommandeur der Canadian Siberian Expeditionary Force (1918 bis 1919).
