Biography of Jean Poincaré

Jean Poincaré (* 22. June 1922 in Neuilly-sur-Seine; † 26. October 2002 in Paris) was a french official. He was 80 years old. His education included Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management of Strasbourg, École Libre des Sciences Politiques and École nationale d'administration. He was awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
