Biography of Jerrold Marsden

Jerrold Marsden (* 17. August 1942 in Ocean Falls; † 21. September 2010 in Pasadena) was a kanadischer Mathematiker und Hochschullehrer. He was 68 years old. His education included University of Toronto and Princeton University. He worked at California Institute of Technology and University of California, Berkeley. He received 5 awards, including Fellow of the Royal Society, Max Planck Research Award.
