Jerzy Makarczyk (* 24. July 1938 in Warsaw; † 30. July 2025 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Rechtswissenschaftler, Richter am Europäischen Gerichtshof, Richter am Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte. He was 87 years old. He worked at University of Oxford, Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Kozminski University, International Christian University and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. He was awarded the Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.
