Joaquín Balaguer (* 1. September 1902 in Bisonó; † 14. July 2002 in Santo Domingo) was a president of the Dominican Republic. He was 99 years old. His education included Autonomous University of Santo Domingo and University of Paris. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 4 awards, including Collar of the Order of Isabella the Catholic, Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise. His cause of death was peptic ulcer disease.
