Joaquín Turina (* 9. December 1882 in Seville; † 14. January 1949 in Madrid) was a spanischer Komponist. He was 66 years old. His education included Madrid Royal Conservatory and Schola Cantorum de Paris. He worked at Madrid Royal Conservatory. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise. He was buried at La Almudena Cemetery.
