Biography of Johan Antony Barrau

Johan Antony Barrau (* 3. April 1873 in Oisterwijk; † 8. January 1953 in Utrecht) was a dutch mathematician. He was 79 years old. His education included University of Amsterdam and Royal Netherlands Naval College. He worked at Utrecht University, Delft University of Technology, University of Groningen and Royal Netherlands Navy. His awards include Knight of the Order of the Netherlands Lion, Expedition Cross with clasp Atjeh 1873–1896 and Expedition Cross with clasp Atjeh 1896–1900.
