José María Sobral (* 14. April 1880 in Gualeguaychú; † 14. April 1961 in Buenos Aires) was an argentinischer Geologe und Forschungsreisender. He was 81 years old. He studied at Uppsala University. His awards include Knight of the Order of the Polar Star and David Livingstone Centenary Medal.
