Biography of Joseph Wedderburn

Joseph Wedderburn (* 2. February 1882 in Forfar; † 9. October 1948 in Princeton) was a schottischer Mathematiker. He was 66 years old. His education included University of Edinburgh, University of Chicago, George Watson's College, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Leipzig University and Forfar Academy. He worked at Princeton University and University of Edinburgh. His awards include Fellow of the Royal Society, Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and Makdougall Brisbane Prize.
