Biography of Julia Ching

Julia Ching (* 15. October 1934 in Shanghai; † 26. October 2001 in Toronto) was a kanadische Sinologin chinesischer Herkunft, Professorin für Religion, Philosophie und Ostasienwissenschaften. She was 67 years old. Her education included The Catholic University of America, College of New Rochelle and Australian National University. She worked at University of Toronto. Her awards include Member of the Order of Canada and Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
