Biography of Kanō Kōkichi

Kanō Kōkichi (* 17. September 1865 in Ōdate; † 22. December 1942 in Ōtsuka) was a japanischer Gelehrter. He was 77 years old. He studied at University of Tokyo. He worked at Fourth Higher School, Fifth High School, First Higher School and Kyoto Imperial University. He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 4th class. His cause of death was gastric ulcer. He was buried at Tama Cemetery.
