Biography of Karol Wiktor Zawodziński

Karol Wiktor Zawodziński (* 1. June 1890 in Warsaw; † 14. December 1949 in Toruń) was a polnischer Dichter, Offizier, Literaturkritiker und Literaturhistoriker. He was 59 years old. He studied at Imperial St. Petersburg University. He worked at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He received 5 awards, including Decade of Independence Regained, Golden Laurel of the Polish Academy of Literature. He was buried at Cemetery of St. George in Toruń.
