Biography of Lachlan Macquarie

Lachlan Macquarie (* 31. January 1762 in Ulva; † 1. July 1824 in London) was a britischer Gouverneur der Kolonie New South Wales. He was 62 years old. He was married to Jane Jarvis. He had at least 1 child (1 son). He studied at Royal High School. He was awarded the Companion of the Order of the Bath. He was buried at Isle of Mull.
