Biography of Leonid Michailowitsch Sandalow

Leonid Michailowitsch Sandalow (* 10. April 1900 in Vichuga; † 23. October 1987 in Moscow) was a sowjetisch-russischer Generaloberst. He was 87 years old. His education included Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia and M.V. Frunze Military Academy. He worked at Konovalov Factory in Bonyachki. He received 10 awards, including Order of Lenin, Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945". He was buried at Kuntsevo Cemetery.
