Biography of Lily Ross Taylor

Lily Ross Taylor (* 12. August 1886 in Auburn; † 18. November 1969 in Bryn Mawr) was an uS-amerikanische Altphilogin und Althistorikerin. She was 83 years old. Her education included University of Wisconsin–Madison, Bryn Mawr College and Vassar College. She worked at Vassar College, Bryn Mawr College and University of California, Berkeley. She received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Rome Prize.
