Biography of Marcel Le Clère

Marcel Le Clère (* 15. June 1914 in 13th arrondissement of Paris; † 6. April 2013 in 2nd arrondissement of Paris) was a french author and teacher. He was 98 years old. His education included Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management of Strasbourg and Paris Law Faculty. He worked at Institut international d'administration publique and Panthéon-Assas University Paris. He received 6 awards, including Officer of the Legion of Honour, National Order of Merit.
