Biography of Michail Iwanowitsch Below

Michail Iwanowitsch Below (* 21. November 1916 in Старое Село; † 27. June 1981 in Saint Petersburg) was a historian. He was 64 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg State Institute of History. He worked at Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute. He was awarded the prix Simon Dejnev.
