Murray Gell-Mann (* 15. September 1929 in Lower Manhattan; † 24. May 2019 in Santa Fe) was an american physicist. He was 89 years old. He was married to J. Margaret Dow. He had 2 children. His education included Yale College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Yale University, Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School and Jonathan Edwards College. He received 10 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Nobel Prize in Physics. He was buried at Red Butte Cemetery.
