Nadezhda Troyan (* 24. October 1921 in Vyerkhnyadzvinsk; † 7. September 2011 in Moscow) was a hero of the Soviet Union. She was 89 years old. She studied at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. She received 10 awards, including Hero of the Soviet Union, Order of Lenin. She was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
