Biography of Nicholas Georgescu-Roegen

Nicholas Georgescu-Roegen (* 4. February 1906 in Constanța; † 30. October 1994 in Nashville) was a rumänischer Wirtschaftswissenschaftler. He was 88 years old. His education included University of Paris, University College London and University of Bucharest. He worked at University of Bucharest and Vanderbilt University. He received 4 awards, including Distinguished Fellow of the American Economic Association, Fellow of the Econometric Society. His cause of death was diabetes. He was buried at Bellu Cemetery.
