Nikolay Ponomaryov (* 8. March 1900 in Ufa; † 18. July 1942 in Kovrov) was a soviet astronomer. He was 42 years old. He studied at Mathematics and Mechanics Faculty, St. Petersburg State University. He worked at Vavilov State Optical Institute JSC. He was awarded the Stalin Prize.
