Biography of Olav Smidsrød

Olav Smidsrød (* 9. November 1936 in Norway; † 29. January 2017) was a norwegischer Professor und Biochemiker. He was 80 years old. He studied at Norwegian Institute of Technology. He worked at Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences and Norwegian University of Science and Technology. His awards include Fridtjof Nansen Award of Excellence, Mathematics-Natural sciences class, Gunnerus Medal and The Norwegian Chemical Society Guldberg-Waage Medal.
