Biography of Oscar Parkes

Oscar Parkes (* 18. October 1885 in Birmingham; † 24. June 1958 in County Down) was a british marine artist and naval historian. He was 72 years old. He studied at University of Birmingham. He was awarded the Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
