Biography of Peter Ladefoged

Peter Ladefoged (* 17. September 1925 in London Borough of Sutton; † 24. January 2006 in London) was a britischer Phonetiker. He was 80 years old. His education included University of Edinburgh and Haileybury and Imperial Service College. He worked at University of California, Los Angeles and University of Edinburgh. He was awarded the ASA Silver Medal. His cause of death was stroke.
