Biography of Peter W. M. John

Peter W. M. John (* 20. August 1923 in Porthcawl; † 22. January 2015) was a british-American statistician. He was 91 years old. His education included University of Oklahoma and University of Oxford. He worked at University of Oklahoma, University of New Mexico, Chevron Corporation, University of Texas at Austin and University of California, Davis. His awards include Fellow of the American Statistical Association and Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.
