Phyllis Barclay-Smith (* 18. May 1902 in Cambridge; † 2. January 1980 in Whittington Hospital) was a britische Verwalterin, Ornithologin, Naturschützerin und Übersetzerin. She was 77 years old. Her education included Blackheath High School and King's College London. She worked at Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, BirdLife International and Ministry of Labour. She was awarded the Commander of the Order of the British Empire. Her cause of death was stroke.
