Biography of Pierre Vidal-Naquet

Pierre Vidal-Naquet (* 23. July 1930 in 7th arrondissement of Paris; † 29. July 2006 in Nice) was a french historian. He was 76 years old. His education included Lycée Thiers, Lycée Henri-IV, Lycée Carnot and University of Paris. He received 4 awards, including Commander of the Order of the Phoenix, Officer of the Legion of Honour. His cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage. He was buried at Fayence.
