Biography of Platon Chernyayev

Platon Chernyayev (* 3. April 1897 in Shebekinsky District; † 23. July 1942 in Mechetinskaya) was a soviet military officer. He was 45 years old. His education included Vystrel course and M.V. Frunze Military Academy. His awards include Order of the Red Banner, Jubilee Medal "XX Years of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army" and Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class. He was buried at Mechyotinskaya.
