Biography of Ralph Carnegie

Ralph Carnegie (* 11. June 1936 in Colony of Jamaica; † 7. January 2011) was a jamaican law professor. He was 74 years old. His education included Jesus College, Jamaica College, University of the West Indies and University College London. He worked at University of the West Indies. He was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship.
