Biography of Richard Friederich Arens

Richard Friederich Arens (* 24. April 1919 in Iserlohn; † 3. May 2000 in Los Angeles) was an uS-amerikanischer Mathematiker. He was 81 years old. His education included Harvard University and University of California, Los Angeles. He worked at University of California, Los Angeles and Institute for Advanced Study. He was awarded the Putnam Fellow. His cause of death was stroke.
