Richard H. Fallon, Jr. (* 4. January 1952 in Augusta; † 13. July 2025) was an american legal scholar. He was 73 years old. His education included Wadham College, Yale University and Yale Law School. He worked at Harvard Law School. He was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship. His cause of death was cancer.
