Biography of Ritsuo Isobe

Ritsuo Isobe (* 3. April 1922; † 12. February 2012) was a japanese bureaucrat and businessperson. He was 89 years old. He studied at University of Tokyo. He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, 2nd class.
