Biography of Robert Cecil

Robert Cecil (* 25. March 1913 in Southbourne; † 28. February 1994) was a british diplomat and writer;. He was 80 years old. He was married to Kathleen Mary Helen Marindin. He studied at University of Cambridge. He worked at Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Foreign Office and University of Reading. He was awarded the Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George.
