Robert Fitzroy Bell (* 7. July 1859 in Morningside; † 23. October 1908 in Coldingham) was a scottish publisher and founder of the Edinburgh students' representative council. He was 49 years old. His education included Edinburgh Collegiate School, University of Edinburgh and Friedrich Schiller University Jena. His cause of death was stroke. He was buried at Churchyard, Coldingham Church.
