Robert Karplus (* 23. February 1927 in Vienna; † 22. March 1990 in Moraga) was an uS-amerikanischer Physiker. He was 63 years old. He studied at Harvard University. He worked at Institute for Advanced Study and University of California, Berkeley. His awards include Guggenheim Fellowship, Oersted Medal and Fellow of the American Physical Society.
