Biography of Rosemary Murray

Rosemary Murray (* 28. July 1913 in Havant; † 7. October 2004 in John Radcliffe Hospital) was a british chemist and academic. She was 91 years old. Her education included Lady Margaret Hall and Downe House. She worked at Royal Holloway, University of London, University of Sheffield, Girton College and Murray Edwards College. Her awards include Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire and honorary doctorate.
