Rudiger Dornbusch (* 8. June 1942 in Krefeld; † 25. July 2002 in Washington, D.C.) was a deutsch-US-amerikanischer Ökonom. He was 60 years old. His education included University of Geneva and University of Chicago. He worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT Sloan School of Management, University of Chicago and University of Rochester. His awards include Guggenheim Fellowship, Distinguished Fellow of the American Economic Association and Fellow of the Econometric Society. His cause of death was cancer.
