Biography of Rudolf Dolzer

Rudolf Dolzer (* 1. January 1944 in Vítkův kámen; † 3. April 2020) was a deutscher Völkerrechtler. He was 76 years old. He worked at University of Bonn, The Hague Academy of International Law, University of Michigan, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University of Paris. He was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
