Biography of Schanna Prochorenko

Zhanna Prokhorenko (* 11. May 1940 in Poltava; † 1. August 2011 in Moscow) was a soviet and Russian actress. She was 71 years old. She was married to Jewgeni Iwanowitsch Wassiljew. She studied at Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. She received 4 awards, including Order of the Badge of Honour, Medal "For Labour Valour". Her cause of death was cancer. She was buried at Khovanskoye Cemetery.
