Simon Streatfeild (* 5. October 1929 in Windsor; † 7. December 2019) was a british-Canadian violist, conductor and teacher. He was 90 years old. He studied at Royal College of Music. He worked at London Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Academy of St Martin in the Fields, Regina Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre Symphonique de Québec, Western University, Norwegian Academy of Music and Royal Opera House Covent Garden Foundation. He was awarded the Canadian Music Council Medal.
