Stanford Moore (* 4. September 1913 in Chicago; † 23. August 1982 in New York City) was an uS-amerikanischer Biochemiker und Nobelpreisträger für Chemie. He was 68 years old. His education included University of Wisconsin–Madison, Vanderbilt University and University School of Nashville. He worked at The Rockefeller University, Vanderbilt University and Office of Scientific Research and Development. His awards include Nobel Prize in Chemistry and doctor honoris causa from the University of Paris.
