Biography of Tania León

Tania León (* 14. May 1943 in Havana; † 1. January 1996) was a kubanische Komponistin. She was 52 years old. She studied at Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. She worked at Harvard University and Brooklyn College. She received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Arts and Letters Award in Music.
