Biography of Timofey Shapkin

Timofey Shapkin (* 5. March 1885 in Semimayachnyy; † 22. February 1943 in Rostov-on-Don) was a soviet lieutenant general. He was 57 years old. He studied at Cossack school Novotcherkassk. He received 8 awards, including Order of the Red Banner, Jubilee Medal "XX Years of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army". His cause of death was cerebral hemorrhage.
