Biography
Truman Lowe (* 1. January 1944 in Black River Falls; † 30. March 2019 in Madison) was a hochunk sculptor, curator, and installation artist. He was 75 years old. His education included University of Wisconsin–Madison and New Lisbon High School. He was awarded the National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship.
