Biography of Varlen Soskin

Varlen Soskin (* 24. February 1925 in Tomsk; † 3. December 2021 in Novosibirsk) was a soviet and Russian historian. He was 96 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg State Institute of History. He worked at Novosibirsk State University and Institute of History. He received 7 awards, including Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class, Honoured Science Worker of the Russian Federation.
