Biography of Viktor Israyelyan

Viktor Israyelyan (* 1. November 1919 in Tbilisi; † 27. September 2005) was a russischer Diplomat. He was 85 years old. His education included I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He worked at Yerevan State University and Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He received 4 awards, including USSR State Prize, Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
