Viktor Moisejevič Dalin (* 6. January 1902 in Odesa; † 5. October 1985 in Moscow) was a soviet historian. He was 83 years old. He studied at Institute of Red Professors. He worked at Institute of World History. He was awarded the honorary doctor of the Marie and Louis Pasteur University.
