Viktor Stepanov (* 13. October 1914 in Vladivostok; † 9. December 1970 in Moscow) was a soviet boxer. He was 56 years old. He studied at Russian University of Transport. His awards include Medal "For Labour Valour", Merited Coach of the USSR and Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
